Refund Policy

We stand behind our work and aim for every client to feel confident when engaging our services. Here is exactly how we handle refunds and cancellations — no ambiguity, no surprises.

Overview

Bellevera provides SEO and digital marketing services on a subscription (monthly retainer) basis as well as one-time project engagements. Because our services involve the investment of significant time, expertise, and third-party resources from the moment an engagement begins, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services.

We encourage all prospective clients to take advantage of our free audit before committing to a paid plan. This allows both parties to assess fit before any money changes hands.

Monthly Service Fees

Our monthly retainer plans (Basic, Standard, and Premium) are billed at the start of each service month. The following terms apply:

Before work begins

If you have paid for a retainer month and notify us in writing before any work has commenced for that period, you are entitled to a full refund of that month's fee. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

Within the first 7 days of a billing cycle

If you cancel within the first 7 calendar days of a billing cycle, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the month, minus any measurable costs already incurred (e.g., content production, third-party tools). The refund amount will be calculated transparently and communicated to you in writing before processing.

After the first 7 days of a billing cycle

After the 7-day window, fees for the current month are non-refundable. Services will continue to be delivered for the remainder of the billing cycle. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of that cycle, with no further charges.

One-Time Project Fees

For fixed-scope, one-time engagements (such as a standalone SEO audit or a content package), the following terms apply:

Before project kickoff

If you cancel before we have formally commenced work on your project (i.e., before the kickoff meeting and before any deliverable work has begun), a full refund of any deposit or upfront payment will be issued within 10 business days.

After project kickoff

Once a project has kicked off, fees are non-refundable for milestones or deliverables that have been completed or are in progress. However, if specific milestones have not yet been started at the time of cancellation, a pro-rata refund will be issued for those outstanding portions. This refund amount will be agreed in writing between both parties.

Deliverables not meeting agreed specifications

If a deliverable materially fails to meet the specifications agreed in the Statement of Work, we will first attempt to remedy this at no additional cost. If we are unable to meet the agreed specifications after a reasonable opportunity to do so, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund for that deliverable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your retainer at any time by providing written notice of at least 30 days to contact@bellevera.com. The notice period begins on the date the written notice is received and confirmed by us.

  • During the notice period, services will continue to be delivered as normal
  • Fees for the notice period remain payable under standard terms
  • We will provide a final handover report and transfer of any client-owned assets within 14 days of the last service date
  • All outstanding invoices must be settled before handover is completed

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. We will consider refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • Serious illness or bereavement: We may offer a pause or credit rather than a refund, to be agreed in writing
  • Significant scope changes initiated by us: If we materially change the agreed scope without your consent, you may request a refund for the affected period
  • Technical errors in billing: Any duplicate charges or billing errors will be corrected and refunded promptly, regardless of timing

Exceptional refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.

What is not covered

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with search engine ranking results (as we cannot control search algorithms)
  • Change of mind after the refund window has passed
  • Failure to provide us with required access, information, or approvals that delayed delivery
  • Cancellation requested after the applicable refund period has expired

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and the company name on your account
  • The invoice number(s) relevant to your request
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter in writing to our management team at contact@bellevera.com with the subject line: Refund Dispute — [Your Company Name]. We will review escalated disputes within 10 business days.

If we are unable to reach a resolution, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
